At Rosemont Asbestos, we provide comprehensive asbestos inspections for residential, commercial and industrial properties—particularly those built before 2003, in line with Work Health and Safety Regulations (Chapter 8 of the WHS Regulations 2011).

Our inspections are designed to identify and assess the presence of hazardous materials such as:

  • Asbestos-containing materials (ACMs)

  • Synthetic mineral fibres (SMFs)
  • Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs)

Each inspection includes the collection of material samples, which are then tested by a NATA-accredited laboratory. Based on the laboratory analysis, we produce a detailed report outlining the findings. This report includes:

  • Timelines for reinspection or follow-up
